本标准适用于化肥工业主体生产装置、公用和辅助设施的废气、废水、噪声、固体废物污染源源强核算。执行GB 13223的锅炉和燃气轮机组污染源源强按照HJ 888核算,执行GB 13271的锅炉污染源源强按照HJ 991核算。


Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles, content, accounting methods and requirements for accounting for pollution sources in the chemical fertilizer industry. This standard is applicable to the source intensity calculation of new (renovation, expansion) construction projects and existing project pollution sources in chemical fertilizer industry construction projects. This standard is applicable to the accounting of pollution source intensity during normal and abnormal discharges from the chemical fertilizer industry, and is not applicable to the accounting of pollution source intensity in case of sudden leakage, fire, explosion and other accidents. This standard is applicable to the accounting of pollution sources of waste gas, waste water, noise, and solid waste from production equipment, public and auxiliary facilities of the main body of the chemical fertilizer industry. The pollution source intensity of boilers and gas turbine units that implement GB13223 is calculated in accordance with HJ888, and the pollution source intensity of boilers that implement GB13271 is calculated in accordance with HJ991.
