Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the environmental safety evaluation of microbial agents for environmental protection. This standard applies to the environmental safety evaluation of microbial agents used for the purpose of ecological environment protection and pollution prevention. This standard does not apply to genetic modification and microbial agents used in laboratory research.
