Scope

The pollution generation coefficient and emission coefficient listed in this method are proposed through material balance based on a large number of actual measurements of the pollution generation and emission of coal-fired boilers. However, for boiler users, factors affecting the "coefficient", such as coal grade, pollution control technology and stability, boiler operation management level, etc., may change over time, so the determined coefficient needs to be adjusted regularly.
