Scope
JB/T 10231.1-2001 This standard specifies the common detection methods for various cutting tools. For non-common testing methods of various cutting tools, separate testing method standards need to be formulated. The testing methods specified in this General Regulation are not exclusive. This standard is applicable to the quality determination and testing of finished knives. This standard was first released in March 2001.
