Introduction

Standard Overview and Technical Evolution

JB/T 12579-2015 is the first special standard for Multifunctional and High-efficiency Aeration Device issued in my country, which specifies the application requirements of motor-driven aeration equipment in aerobic biochemical sewage treatment. This standard fills the gap in the technical specifications of high-efficiency aeration equipment in the machinery industry and reflects the latest development of energy-saving technology in sewage treatment after 2010.

Key technical innovations

Two-phase mixed aeration technology

The standard-defined multifunctional and efficient aeration device achieves water, gas and solid three-phase mixing and two-phase aeration through a special impeller design, and its theoretical power efficiency is improved by more than 40% compared with traditional equipment. The application case of a municipal sewage treatment plant shows that the GPQ325-55-B model equipment saves 120,000 kWh of electricity per year.

Dynamic energy efficiency evaluation system

The first energy efficiency ratio indicator (oxygenation volume/total power consumption) was created, shifting from a single performance evaluation to a full life cycle cost evaluation. The test method uses the nonlinear least squares method to calculate the total oxygen transfer coefficient KLa, and the accuracy is 15% higher than the traditional linear regression method.


Implementation suggestions

  1. Model matching: Select the impeller diameter according to the effective water depth of 4.5-6.5m. When the pH value of the medium is greater than 8.5, a stainless steel impeller must be used.
  2. Energy efficiency verification: The factory inspection must include a 1-2 hour no-load running test, and the three-phase current difference must be less than 8%.
  3. Maintenance points: Gear lubricating oil should be selected according to GB 7631.7, and bearing grease should comply with GB/T 7324.
