本标准规定了液化天然气用闸阀的结构型式、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于公称压力PN16～PN250，公称尺寸DN25～DN600和压力等级Class150～Class1500，公称尺寸NPS1～NPS24，工作介质为液态天然气的法兰和焊接连接的闸阀。
其他温度高于-162℃的低温闸阀亦可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the structural type, technical requirements, inspection and test methods, inspection rules, marking, protection, packaging, storage and transportation of gate valves for liquefied natural gas. This standard is applicable to flanges and welded gate valves (hereinafter referred to as gate valves) with nominal pressures PN16~PN250, nominal sizes DN25~DN600, pressure classes Class150~Class1 500, nominal sizes NPS1~NPS24, and working media of liquid natural gas. Other low-temperature gate valves with temperatures higher than -162°C can also be used as a reference.
