Introduction

Standard Framework and Technology Evolution

As my country's first electric intensive warehouse special standard, JB/T 14809-XXXX fills the gap in the mobile storage equipment standard system. The standard integrates modern logistics technologies such as track guidance system and intelligent detection device, and adds 12 innovative indicators such as dynamic stability and regional detection compared to traditional shelf standards.

Key technical requirements

6.1 Environmental adaptability

The operating temperature range is -5℃~40℃, the humidity is ≤95%, and the power supply voltage is allowed to fluctuate by ±10%. In special environments, an anti-condensation device needs to be added.

6.2 Safety spacing design

  • Distance between moving columns and walls: 50-180mm or >500mm
  • Distance between top and ceiling: ≥200mm
  • Difference in height between track connections: ≤0.15mm

Performance test system

7.6 Load test case

A car parts warehouse uses a 20-ton moving column for testing:

  1. Static load test: 25 tons load for 24 hours, deformation <2mm
  2. Dynamic load test: 25 tons back and forth 20 times, gear train temperature rise ≤15℃

7.8 Noise control

When the test distance is 1m, the background noise effect needs to be deducted (see Table 1), and the actual noise value should be ≤80dB(A). It is recommended to use low-noise reduction motors and rubber wheel rims.


Implementation suggestions

Main points for installation and commissioning

  • Track levelness control: ≤1mm within 1000mm
  • Ground resistance test: needs to be <4Ω (it is recommended to use an independent grounding electrode)
  • Safety interlock verification: single/online mode switching test

Operation and maintenance management

Establish a load distribution record table to avoid the adverse loading conditions described in Article 6.9. Recommended monthly inspections:

  1. Wear status of track cleaning device
  2. Compression performance of buffer
  3. Response time of emergency stop button (should be <0.5s)
