本标准规定了用往复式内燃机驱动交流工频(50Hz)、中频(400Hz)、双频(50Hz、400Hz)发电机的内燃机移动电站(含汽车电站、挂车电站、方舱电站、自发电电站、发电机组,以下均简称为移动电站)用三相四极插头插座的技术要求、试验项目和方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存等。
本标准适用于额定电压不高于500 V,额定电流不高于315 A,额定频率为50Hz和400Hz的移动电站用插头和插座。60Hz移动电站用插头和插座可参照使用。

Detailed explanation of key technical requirements

4.1 Structural safety

The design of plugs and sockets must ensure reliable connection of the mobile power station under harsh working conditions such as vibration and impact. The conductive parts must be made of copper alloy (copper content ≥58%), and the casing protection level must reach IP54.

4.7 Contact resistance control

Application case: A vehicle-mounted power station project uses a 100A plug and socket, with the measured contact resistance of 2.1×10-4Ω, which is 5% lower than the standard value, effectively reducing the temperature rise of the connection point.

Compared with JB/T 2729-1999, this standard has the following major improvements:

  • Added dual-frequency (50/400Hz) applicability
  • Refined inspection classification (factory/type/identification inspection)
  • Added special requirements for transportation and storage

Implementation Suggestions

  1. Give priority to models with anti-misplugging structure when selecting
  2. Regularly check the extraction force parameters (it is recommended to test after every 500 plugging and unplugging)
  3. Temperature correction is required in high altitude areas according to Clause 4.3.2
