Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of power system stability control devices. This standard applies to power system stability control devices, including automatic low-frequency load shedding devices, automatic low-voltage load shedding devices, oscillation prediction devices, automatic decoupling devices, automatic stability control devices and measuring components for automatic stability control devices, etc. This standard applies only to new installations.
