JB/T 8724-1998 本标准规定了机械密封用反应烧结氮化硅密封环的表示方法、型式与尺寸、技术要求、试验方法与检验规则等内容。 本标准适用于密封腔压力小于 2MPa、温度为 -30℃～200℃的水、油、溶剂及除强碱和氢氟酸外的其它流体介质；机械密封用反应烧结氮化硅密封环内径为 16～120mm。

Scope

This standard specifies the representation method, type and size, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of reaction sintered silicon nitride sealing rings for mechanical seals. This standard is applicable to water, oil, solvents and other fluid media except strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid where the seal cavity pressure is less than 2 MPa and the temperature is -30 to 200°C; the inner diameter of the reaction sintered silicon nitride sealing ring for mechanical seals is 16～120 mm.
