JB/T 8740-1998 本标准是根据我国目前电化学工业的现状以及 GB/T 3859.1~3859.3-93《半导体变流器》，对 ZB K46 006-88《电化学用整流器》进行修订。本标准规定了电化学用整流器的有关定义、基本参数、技术要求、检验及试验方法。本标准适用于电化学工业作为电解直流电源使用的大功率电力半导体二极管整流管和晶闸管整流器。对于类似负载特性的石墨化、碳化硅等大功率电炉用整流器，本标准可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the relevant definitions, basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection and test methods of electrochemical rectifiers. This standard applies to high-power power semiconductor diode rectifiers and thyristor rectifiers used as electrolytic DC power supplies in the electrochemical industry. For high-power electric furnace rectifiers such as graphitized and silicon carbide with similar load characteristics, this standard can be used as a reference.
