Analysis of core technical requirements

1. Geometric accuracy control

The standard requires that the linear axis backlash of the machining center is ≤0.03mm, and the rotary axis is ≤15 arc seconds. Special provisions:

  • Number of important guide rail contact points ≥10 points/25mm²
  • Spindle taper hole contact length ratio ≥80%
  • Hydraulic system cleanliness ≤150mg/L

2. Idle operation test specification

Typical test procedure

Continuous 48 hours of idle operation must include:

  1. Spindle 5 speed forward and reverse test
  2. Each axis rapid positioning test
  3. ≥2 automatic tool change cycles
  4. Linked axis compound motion

Temperature rise control:Bearing temperature ≤60℃, temperature rise ≤30℃

  • The minimum setting unit test needs to be repeated at 3 different positions
  • The load test should include three working conditions: maximum torque/power/cutting resistance
  • Surface roughness of fine-machined specimens Ra≤3.2μm
