本标准适用于评价在我国冬季有冻雨地区使用的建筑材料与建筑构件，在太阳辐照、并伴有降雨及冰冻条件下的使用、贮存与运输过程中的性能和变化。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of rain, snow and freezing test methods, test equipment, test methods and test reports under artificial light source irradiation. This standard is suitable for evaluating the performance and changes during use, storage and transportation of building materials and building components used in areas with freezing rain in winter in my country under solar radiation accompanied by rainfall and freezing conditions.
