本标准规定了通用水泥质量等级的评定原则和划分，水泥实物质量等级的技术要求和水泥质量等级评定。
本标准适用于符合GB175《通用硅酸盐水泥》规定的各品种水泥和采用本标准的其它品种水泥的产品质量等级评定和质量认证。

Scope

This standard specifies the assessment principles and classification of general cement quality grades, technical requirements for cement physical quality grades and cement quality grade assessment. This standard is applicable to the product quality grade assessment and quality certification of various types of cement that comply with the provisions of GB 175 "General Portland Cement" and other types of cement that adopt this standard.
