本标准规定了以岩石、矿渣为主要原料，以焦炭为燃料，生产岩棉、矿渣棉及其制品的单位产品能源消耗的统计范围、折算系数、计算方法和等级定额的要求。
本标准适用于年产能达到2万吨以上的新、改、扩建项目能耗的计算、考核、限额。本标准不适用于管壳，金属面岩棉、矿渣棉夹芯板等深加工的企业。

Scope
