本标准是对JC/T535—1994《硅灰石》进行了修订。
本标准与JC/T535－1994相比主要变化如下：
——将表1中针状硅灰石长径由10：1修改为≥8：1，并取消了普通粉、细粉、超细粉粒径范围的下限要求。
——将按产品质量分级（优等品、一级品、二级品、合格品）修改为按矿物含量分级（一级品、二级品、三级品、四级品）。
——将一级品、二级品、三氧化二铁含量（％）由≤0.2、≤0.4、修改为≤0.5、≤1.0。
——将三级品的硅灰石含量（％）、二氧化硅含量（％）、氧化钙含量（％）、三氧化二铁含量（％）、烧失量（％）由≥70、44～56、40～50、≤0.8、≤6.0修改为≥60、41～59、28～50、≤1.5、≤90。
　　——将四级品的硅灰石含量（％）、二氧化硅含量（％）、氧化钙含量（％）由≥60、41～59、38～50修改为≥40、≥40、≥30，取消三氧化二铁含量（%）、烧失量（％）要求。
——将烧失量中灼温度由950℃提高到1000℃。
——将烧失量测定允许差由平行样间绝对误差（烧失理＞1、允许差＜0.5；烧失量≤1、允许差＜0.1）修改为平行样间相对误差不大于10％
——将普通粉筛余量允许差由平行样间绝对误差（烧失理＞1、允许差＜0.5；烧失量≤1、允许差＜0.05）修改为平行样间绝对误差不大于0.1％。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wollastonite. This standard applies to wollastonite used in ceramics, coatings, friction materials, sealing materials, welding rods and other fields.
