Detailed explanation of key technical changes

The thermal efficiency of the system is calculated using a dual-path formula:

Formula (1): η=(Qd+Qk-Qo)/ΣQin×100%

Formula (4): A new item of hot air sensible heat Qh is added, and the correction coefficient reaches ±1.8%


Implementation and application suggestions

  1. It is recommended to use the online monitoring data of the tunnel drying chamber and the rotary kiln simultaneously
  2. The calculation of coal consumption needs to refer to the 29 energy conversion coefficients in Appendix A.9
  3. New projects should give priority to the revised heat balance diagram
