本标准规定了缠绕用高强玻璃纤维无捻粗纱(以下简称高强玻璃纤维纱)的术语和定义、代号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等。
本标准适用于采用缠绕法生产天然气储气瓶等压力容器的高强玻璃纤维纱，其它用途的高强玻璃纤维纱也可参照采用。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, codes, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of high-strength glass fiber twistless roving for winding (hereinafter referred to as high-strength glass fiber yarn). This standard is applicable to the production of high-strength glass fiber yarns for pressure vessels such as natural gas storage bottles using the winding method. High-strength glass fiber yarns for other uses can also be adopted by reference.
