Scope

This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sealants for road and bridge caulking. This standard is applicable to low-modulus elastic sealants for caulking of cement concrete roads and bridges. Other uses such as airport runways, storage yards, parking lots, etc. can also be used as a reference.
