本规程主要内容是：1总则；2术语；3设计；4材料；5施工；6试运行、调试及竣工验收；7运行与维护。 本次修订的主要技术内容是：1、增加了辐射供冷有关规定，并将标准名称改为《辐射供暖供冷技术规程》；2、增加了绝热层采用发泡水泥、预制沟槽保温板的地面供暖、预制轻薄供暖板地面供暖、毛细管网供暖供冷的有关规定；3、增加了辐射面传热量的测试方法；4、对各章节技术内容进行了全面修订。
本规程经住房和城乡建设部以第1450号公告批准、发布，自2013年6月1日起实施。原行业标准《地面辐射供暖技术规程》JGJ 142-2004同时废止。

Scope

This procedure applies to the design, construction and acceptance of radiant heating projects that use low-temperature hot water as the heating medium or heating cables as the heating elements, as well as cooling projects that use high-temperature cold water as the refrigerant.
