4.3 Panel design formula

Calculation of interior wall formwork height: Hn=hc-hl+a (lap size a is 10-30mm)

Calculation of exterior wall formwork height: Hw=hc+a (a≥50mm)

4.4.4 Calculation of self-stabilizing angle

Critical formula: α≥(180/π)×arcsin(k×wk/P)

Application case: When the self-weight of the formwork P=0.5kN/m² and the wind speed is level 8 (wk=0.5kN/m²), it is calculated that α≥16.2°, and the actual value should meet 10°≤α≤20°


Key points for construction quality control

  • Installation allowable deviation: axis position ≤4mm, verticality ≤3mm (story height ≤5m)
  • Removal conditions: concrete strength ≥1.2N/mm² (non-load-bearing parts)
  • Wind speed limit: stop lifting when ≥15m/s, and require a comprehensive inspection when ≥20m/s

Implementation suggestions

  1. Preferably use the assembled large formwork system, and the length direction of the formwork should be consistent with the component
  2. Tension bolts should be made of Q235B steel with a diameter ≥M28, and the back ribs should be arranged in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the panels
  3. Self-stabilizing angle requirements should be ensured during storage, and the stacking height should be ≤2m with pads
