Calculation of interior wall formwork height: Hn=hc-hl+a (lap size a is 10-30mm)
Calculation of exterior wall formwork height: Hw=hc+a (a≥50mm)
4.4.4 Calculation of self-stabilizing angle
Critical formula: α≥(180/π)×arcsin(k×wk/P)
Application case: When the self-weight of the formwork P=0.5kN/m² and the wind speed is level 8 (wk=0.5kN/m²), it is calculated that α≥16.2°, and the actual value should meet 10°≤α≤20°
Key points for construction quality control
- Installation allowable deviation: axis position ≤4mm, verticality ≤3mm (story height ≤5m)
- Removal conditions: concrete strength ≥1.2N/mm² (non-load-bearing parts)
- Wind speed limit: stop lifting when ≥15m/s, and require a comprehensive inspection when ≥20m/s
Implementation suggestions
- Preferably use the assembled large formwork system, and the length direction of the formwork should be consistent with the component
- Tension bolts should be made of Q235B steel with a diameter ≥M28, and the back ribs should be arranged in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the panels
- Self-stabilizing angle requirements should be ensured during storage, and the stacking height should be ≤2m with pads
