本标准是根据GB/T 1.3-1997《标准化工作导则第1单元：标准的起草与表述规则第3部分：产品标准编写规定》的规定制定的。本标准规定了聚氯乙烯（PVC）门窗增强型钢的要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输及贮存。本标准适用于以冷加工成形的方式，用冷轧钢带在连续辊式冷弯机组上加工生产的增强型钢；也适用于在此种加工过程中增加有高频焊接工序的增强型钢。不适用于以拉拔、冲压、弯折等方式生产的增加型钢。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) reinforced steel for doors and windows. This standard applies to reinforced steel produced by cold forming using cold-rolled steel strips on a continuous roll cold bending unit; it also applies to reinforced steel with a high-frequency welding process added to the processing. It is not suitable for reinforced steel produced by drawing, stamping, bending, etc.
