Material and key construction technologies

Frame materials:Newly added insulation and non-insulation types, with wall thickness requirements increased to aluminum alloy≥0.8mm, glass fiber reinforced plastic≥1.0mm.

Sunshade:Clearly specify that the surface solar reflectance is >0.4, metal blinds must comply with JG/T 251, and fabrics have added appearance requirements such as anti-stripping and stripe alignment.


Performance requirements breakthrough

  • Fire integrity: The outdoor side must use fire-resistant glass (GB 15763.1)
  • Durability: The accelerated durability test is refined into water vapor/gas sealing durability (see Table 3 for the number of cycles)
  • Optical performance: The lighting performance index is changed to visible light transmittance (measured according to GB/T 2680)

Implementation suggestions

1. Equalizing pipes (inner diameter ≤0.51mm, length ≥300mm) should be configured in areas with altitude difference>1000m

2. Electric products need to consider JG/T simultaneously 278 electrical safety requirements

3. Typical configuration heat transfer coefficient range 1.07-3.26W/(m²·K), the design should be combined with the data in Appendix B
