Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and labeling, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ductless self-purifying fume hoods. This standard is applicable to the production and testing of ductless self-purifying fume hoods for small and medium-sized chemical experiments and conventional chemical experiments conducted in building interiors. It is not applicable to biosafety experiments and other fume hoods that have not passed the suitability judgment.
