Introduction
Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution
This standard replaces the two old standards JG 3002.1-1992 and JG 3002.2-1992. The main technical changes are reflected in:

Analysis of core technical requirements
4.1 Structural classification system
Precast stairs are divided into the following types according to their structural form:
- Slab-type stairs (YBT): Suitable for conventional load scenarios, with a commonly used width of 1200mm in residential buildings
- Beam-slab stairs (YLT): Suitable for large span or heavy load scenarios
- Lightweight aggregate concrete type: "Q" is added to the code, density ≥1400kg/m³
6.5 Structural performance inspection
The bearing capacity test must meet the following requirements: γ₀≥γ₀[γu], where:

Residential project selection reference
According to Clause 4.2.5 of the standard, it is recommended that a residential building with a floor height of 2.8m adopt:
- Number of steps: 16
- Step height: 175mm
- Step width: 260mm
- Projection length: 4900mm
Key points of production quality control
- Rebar cover thickness deviation ≤+3mm
- Surface flatness ≤3mm (detected with a 2m ruler)
- Anti-slip measures should be completed before leaving the factory
Acceptance precautions
Type inspection must include:
- Structural performance test (Appendix A)
- Concrete strength random inspection
- Protective layer thickness detection (JGJ/T 152)
