Scope
This procedure is applicable to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of DC shunts with an input rated current of 5A to 10kA, an accuracy of 0.02 to 2, and consisting of copper connectors and plate or rod-shaped resistive elements between them. It is also suitable for the calibration of high-power standard resistors that measure large DC currents.
