As the first special specification for information system operation and maintenance in my country's insurance industry, this standard was formulated by the former China Insurance Regulatory Commission and issued and implemented in 2013. Its technical framework inherits the ISO20000 service management system, combines the characteristics of domestic insurance industry informatization, and focuses on standardizing the operation and maintenance processes of key systems such as core business systems and actuarial systems.
