With the rapid development of mobile payment business, the demand for information exchange between different institutions is growing. The formulation of JR/T 0093.1-2012 standard aims to unify the definition of data elements of remote payment system and solve the interconnection and interoperability problems between banks and non-financial payment institutions. The standard is led by the People's Bank of China and jointly compiled with major commercial banks and third-party payment institutions.

Data element attribute definition
The standard adopts the five-dimensional attribute model to define data elements:
- Chinese name: a name with clear business semantics (such as "primary account")
- Identifier: an English camel case name (such as AccountNumber)
- Data format: an/n/m and other type tags are used (for example: nMAX(19) indicates a maximum of 19 digits)
- Value range: a clear value range (such as currency code reference GB/T 12406)
- Description: a detailed explanation of the business meaning
Security control requirements
The standard puts forward specific technical requirements for the SE security carrier:
- Support 6 types of carriers such as NFC-SIM and dual-interface SD card
- Dynamic key data is stored in H16 format
- Digital signature supports three algorithms: RSA/DSA/HMAC
Typical case: Cross-border payment needs to include both the transaction currency (TrxCurrencyCode) and settlement exchange rate (SettlementExchangeRate) data elements
