本标准规定了珠江水系内河客船(包括旅游船、高速客船)、货船(包括集装箱船、危险品运输船舶)、小型客渡船防抗雷雨大风应变部署，包括对船舶单位、船舶和船员的要求、船舶防抗雷雨大风演习要求、防抗雷雨大风应变措施、防抗操作程序等。
本标准适用于珠江水系通航水域(含水库、湖泊)航行、停泊、作业的上述船舶及其所有人、经营人或管理人、船员和有关人员。其他内河船舶及其他水系船舶可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the emergency response arrangements for thunderstorms and strong winds for inland river passenger ships (including tourist ships and high-speed passenger ships), cargo ships (including container ships, dangerous goods transport ships), and small passenger ferries in the Pearl River system, including requirements for ship units, ships and crews, Requirements for ship thunderstorm and gale defense drills, thunderstorm and gale contingency measures, thunderstorm and gale defense operation procedures, etc. This standard applies to the above-mentioned ships that sail, berth, and operate in the navigable waters of the Pearl River system (including reservoirs and lakes), as well as their owners, operators or managers, crew members and related personnel.
