Scope

In order to meet the needs of the continuous increase in highway traffic volume, the policy of "meticulous design, quality first" will be implemented to improve the quality of pavement design so that the pavement can meet the corresponding load-bearing capacity, durability, comfort and safety of highways at all levels within the redesign period. This specification is specially formulated to meet the requirements, ensure project quality and reduce project cost. This specification is applicable to the design of new construction and reconstruction of asphalt pavements of all levels of highways, as well as the design of intermediate and low-grade pavements of fourth-grade highways.
