Scope

1.0.1 This specification is formulated to unify the technical requirements for safety pre-evaluation of port construction projects, improve the quality of safety pre-evaluation of port construction projects, and ensure the health, life and property safety of personnel and property after the port construction project is put into operation. 1.0.2 This specification applies to safety pre-evaluation activities for new, renovated and expanded port construction projects, and does not include safety pre-evaluation work for fishing ports and military ports. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of this specification, the safety pre-evaluation of port construction projects should also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards.
