本标准规定了机动车驾驶员培训机构培训服务的总体要求、设施设备要求、服务要求、服务礼仪要求、教学安全保障要求、投诉受理与满意度回访要求等。
本标准适用于一级、二级和三级民用机动车驾驶员培训机构，大型客货车驾驶员职业教育试点院校在开展大型客货车驾驶员驾驶技能培训时可参照使用。
本标准不适用于拖拉机驾驶员培训机构。

Scope

This standard stipulates the overall requirements for training services of motor vehicle driver training institutions, facility and equipment requirements, service requirements, service etiquette requirements, teaching safety and security requirements, complaint acceptance and satisfaction return visit requirements, etc. This standard applies to Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 civil motor vehicle driver training institutions. Large passenger truck driver vocational education pilot schools can refer to this when conducting driving skills training for large passenger truck drivers. This standard does not apply to tractor driver training institutions.
