本标准规定了船舶进行实船快速性试验的术语定义、主要责任划分、试验准备、试验条件、试验工况及航次、试验操作要领和观测方法及报告等有关内容。本标准适用于以柴油机、气体燃料发动机作为主推进动力，400总吨及以上的内河干散货船、集装箱船、液货船、客船和客滚船。电推进、混合推进等非传统推进方式的船舶可参考使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the term definitions, division of main responsibilities, test preparations, test conditions, test conditions and voyages, test operation essentials, observation methods and reports for ships to conduct real-ship rapid tests. This standard applies to inland river dry bulk carriers, container ships, liquid cargo ships, passenger ships and ro-ro passenger ships with a gross tonnage of 400 and above using diesel engines and gas fuel engines as the main propulsion power. Ships with non-traditional propulsion methods such as electric propulsion systems and hybrid propulsion can be used as a reference.
