Scope

This standard stipulates the definition, calculation method and evaluation standard of comprehensive energy consumption in loading and unloading production design and comparable comprehensive energy consumption in loading and unloading production design. This standard applies to the feasibility study and design stage of capital construction (technical transformation) projects of coastal ports and inland ports across the country, and can also be implemented with reference to the preliminary design stage.
