Structural feature requirements

The outer tube and micro tube of the cluster tube must meet the independent and non-contact principle, the outer color should comply with the color spectrum requirements of GB/T 6995.2, and the color strip silicon core tube needs to be evenly distributed with 4 groups of color strips with a thickness of 0.1-0.3mm.

The accuracy of the load cell of the universal testing machine must be ≥ Grade 1, the graduation value of the vernier caliper is 0.02mm, and the micrometer with a graduation value of 0.01mm is recommended for wall thickness measurement.
