Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc. This standard applies to butadiene and styrene as monomers, disproportionated potassium rosin acid soap and fatty acid soap as emulsifiers, using low-temperature emulsion polymerization method, and adding non-polluting antioxidants for highway pavement asphalt modification.
