本标准规定了公路收费非接触式IC卡收发卡机的术语和定义、分类、产品技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、产品的标识、包装、运输与贮存等内容。
本标准适用于公路收费非接触式IC卡收发卡机产品。停车场、地铁、轻轨等需要自动收、发非接触式IC卡的产品可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, product technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product identification, packaging, transportation and storage of road toll contactless IC card transceivers. This standard applies to road toll contactless IC card transceiver products. Products that need to automatically receive and issue contactless IC cards such as parking lots, subways, and light rails can refer to this implementation. 
