本标准规定了公路收费车道应用的汽车号牌视频自动识别系统的结构与分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输与储存。
本标准适用于公路收费系统固定式单车道汽车号牌视频自动识别系统，其他类型的汽车号牌视频自动识别系统可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the structure and classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of automatic vehicle license plate video recognition systems used in highway toll lanes. This standard is applicable to the fixed single-lane vehicle license plate video automatic recognition system of the highway toll system. Other types of vehicle license plate video automatic recognition systems can be used as a reference.
