本标准规定了船舶基础信息数据库、数据交换结构及数据交换接口的技术要求。
本标准适用于交通运输船舶信息管理中船舶登记系统和船舶检验系统基础信息数据的采集与交换，以及其他业务管理信息系统与部级海事数据中心之间进行船舶基础信息的数据交换。其他需要采集、共享、交换和使用船舶基础信息数据的相关数据库设计与开发可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for ship basic database, data exchange structure and data exchange interface. This standard applies to the collection and exchange of basic information data of ship registration systems and ship inspection systems in transportation ship information management, as well as the data exchange of basic ship information between other business management information systems and ministerial-level maritime data centers. The design and development of other related databases that need to collect, share, exchange and use basic ship information data can be used as a reference.
