本标准根据《国家粮食局办公室关于下达<粮库管理信息系统建设标准>等四项粮食工程建设标准编制任务的通知》（国粮办展[2005]186号）的要求编制。在编制过程中，认真总结了粮食工程设计文件的编制经验，同时参考了建设部和其他工业行业设计文件编制深度的规定，使本规定对设计文件编制深度要求体现了粮食工程的特点。
本规范广泛征求了粮食行业设计、建设、管理、监理、施工及安装等有关单位和专家的意见，最后经专家审查会审查定稿。
本规定分为4章和2个附录，主要内容有总则、方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计。为便于准确理解和应用本规定，对编制深度的有关条文进行了说明。
为加强对粮食工程设计文件编制工作的管理，规范粮食工程设计文件编制的深度，保证各阶段设计文件的质量和完整性，制定本规定。
本规定适用于粮食、油料及其制品为原料的仓储、加工和物流设施的建设工程设计。

Scope

These regulations apply to the construction engineering design of storage, processing and logistics facilities using grain, oilseeds and their products as raw materials.
