Scope
This standard applies to the following newly built, renovated and expanded regional airports (including the civilian part of joint military and civilian airports): 1 The design target annual passenger throughput is less than 500,000 passengers (inclusive). 2 Mainly takes off and land short-range aircraft. 3 The planned direct voyage is generally within the range of 800 to 1,500 kilometers.
