Scope
This part of MH/T 1064 specifies the general requirements, organization and implementation, emergency measures and safety requirements for work before and after the operation of lifting and towering overhead transmission lines using manned helicopters (hereinafter referred to as helicopters). This section applies to the use of manned helicopters equipped with special equipment to carry out hoisting and tower assembly operations on overhead transmission lines.
