本标准适用于航空器事故征候的确定。
本标准不适用于执行国家抢险、救灾等特定事由所征用航空器的事故征候确定。
本标准不适用于航空器非法飞行或蓄意破坏等情况。
Scope
This standard specifies the basis for determining civil aircraft (hereinafter referred to as aircraft) transportation aviation serious accidents, transportation aviation general accidents, general aviation accidents and aircraft ground incidents. This standard applies to the determination of aircraft accident incidents. This standard does not apply to the incident determination of aircraft requis tioned for specific purposes such as national rescue and dis ster relief. This standard does not apply to illegal flight or deliberate sabotage of aircraft.
