This standard applies to the determination of civil aircraft (hereinafter referred to as aircraft) transport aviation serious accidents, transport aviation general accidents, general aviation accidents and aircraft ground accidents. This standard does not apply to the incident determination of aircraft performing specific purposes such as national rescue, dis ster relief, aviation sports, and personal entertainment flights. This standard does not apply to illegal flight or deliberate sabotage of aircraft.
