Introduction

Background of Standard Revision

This standard replaces MH/T 2001-2015 version and mainly revises the classification standard for civil aircraft operational safety incidents. The revision background is due to:

  • Differentiated safety management needs of general aviation and transport aviation
  • Risk prevention and control of new electronic equipment such as lithium batteries
  • Popularization and application of radar control technology

Signs of serious transport aviation incidents

Typical scenario: In the procedure control area, the vertical and horizontal separations are less than 1/2 of the prescribed separation at the same time; the hazard index of the radar control area is ≥90 (Appendix A)

New clauses: Landing with landing gear retracted (3.18), outer wheel position scraping the ground (3.19)

  3. Training focus:Strengthen crew training on new terms such as radar control intervals and controlled flight into terrain (CFIT)
