本文件规定了用于民用航空的空中交通管制二次监视雷达系统地面设备的通用技术要求。
本文件适用于民用航空使用的、具备S模式和A/C模式能力的二次监视雷达系统地面设备的设计、研制、建设和使用。
Introduction
Standard Evolution and Technology Upgrade
MH/T 4010-2024 is the third revised version of the civil aviation industry standard. Compared with the 2016 version, it has made the following technical improvements:
| Technical Dimension | 2016 Version | 2024 Version |
|---|---|---|
| Surveillance Function | Basic A/C Mode | New S Mode ELS/EHS Service |
| Collaborative Capability | No Explicit Requirements | Support for ADS-B Data Fusion |
| System Architecture | Single-channel design | Dual-channel redundant design |
Core Performance Indicators
Coverage Capability
The system needs to meet the requirements of LVA antenna to achieve three-dimensional coverage within the range of 0.5-256 nautical miles, with the overhead blind area ≤45° elevation angle, including:
- A/C mode: detection probability ≥97%
- S mode: detection probability ≥99%
Measurement Accuracy
| Parameters | A/C mode | S mode |
|---|---|---|
| Range system error | <14m | <14m |
| Ranged range error | <30m | <15m |
| Azimuth error | <0.068° | |
Key subsystem requirements
Antenna and feed system
Adopt large vertical aperture array antenna, technical parameters include:
- Summary beam gain ≥27dBi
- 3dB beam width 2.45°±0.25°
- Differential beam null depth>30dB
Interrogator Design
The transmitter needs to meet multi-mode operation:
| Mode | Pulse Characteristics | Duty Cycle |
|---|---|---|
| A/C Mode | P1-P3 Interval 8/21μs | >1% |
| S Mode | P6 Pulse 16.25/30.25μs | Instantaneous 63.7% |
Implementation Suggestions
Key Points for System Integration
- Give priority to those that support ASTERIX Cat048 protocol processing system
- The lightning protection of the antenna and feed system must comply with the SPD installation specifications of MH/T 4020
- The test transponder should have dual-channel hot backup
Operation and maintenance management
- Establish a regular calibration system (especially the azimuth encoder)
- Monitor the rationality of the STC curve setting
- Regularly verify the response capability of the BDS register
