MH/T 6012-2015 replaces the 1999 version of the standard. The main technical upgrades include:

Introduce the effective light intensity formula:
Ieff = ∫I(t)dt / (0.2+t2-t1)
Where t1, t2 are the start and end times of the flash

Selection Guide
- Building height <45 meters: Use Type B low-intensity obstacle lights
- 45-150 meters: Use a combination of medium-intensity and low-intensity lamps
- >150 meters: Type A high-intensity obstacle light system must be configured
Maintenance points
According to standard 5.2.16 requirements:
LED light source life must be ≥50,000 hours
Annually, the following tests should be performed:
1) Light intensity attenuation test
2) Chromaticity shift test
3) Control device function verification
