Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of aircraft ground power units. This standard applies to AC 400Hz, 115/200V (three-phase), 115V (single-phase) and DC 28.5V ground power supply units driven by internal combustion engines to supply inspection and starting power to aircraft, including stationary and automotive and trailer-mounted power units.
