Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
| Technical module | Key indicators | International benchmarking |
|---|---|---|
| Filter separator | In compliance with GB/T 21358 or API 1581, differential pressure gauge accuracy ≤0.2 level | API 1581 Class 3 |
| Pressure control system | Terminal pressure ≤0.385MPa, water hammer pressure ≤0.84MPa | API 1540 Annex B |
| Static conductivity system | Pipeline resistance ≤5Ω, hose resistance ≤1MΩ | NFPA 407 Chapter 5 |
Analysis of key technical requirements
Clause 4.8.5.10 stipulates that the pressure control system must achieve dual adjustment:
1) Ground well connector Venturi controls the main flow (10-15s open/3-5s closed)
2) Pressure refueling connector regulator performs terminal fine adjustment
Safety interlock mechanism
Standard Clause 4.8.7 requires 11 interlock states to trigger vehicle braking, including:
• The platform is raised but not reset (forced braking when the height is ≥2.7m)
• The static conductive device is not connected (locked when the resistance value exceeds the standard)
• The power take-off engagement state is abnormal
Implementation suggestions
1. The filter separator should be tested for differential pressure every 500 hours. When the pressure difference is greater than 0.1MPa, the filter element needs to be replaced
2. The pressure test should use 1.25 times the rated pressure to maintain the pressure for 5 minutes, and focus on checking the welded joints
3. If the static conductive drag zone is worn by more than 30%, it should be replaced immediately (refer to JT 230)
