This standard applies to special vehicles responsible for high-point exhaust, low-point drainage and impurity recovery in the airport fuel supply system, and is of great significance to ensuring the quality and safety of aviation fuel.

For the first time, the standard clearly requires that emission operation vehicles have a self-closing quick coupling and a power take-off interlocking function. The vehicle cannot move when the coupling is not reset (Article 4.2.5). At the same time, it is stipulated that:

- Operation noise main operating surface ≤90dB(A) (Article 4.4.2)
- Environmental adaptability -40℃~60℃ (Article 4.14)

- Whether the hydraulic system is equipped with an anti-loosening overflow valve
- Whether a dual-way fire extinguisher (≥8kg×2) is equipped

- Test the resistance value of the static conductive mopping belt every month
- Clean the 40-mesh filter ball valve every quarter
- Annual pressure test needs to reach 1.25 times the rated value
